What is it about technical support representatives who can't answer my questions being soooo unwilling to get me to someone who can? The worst customer service is dishonest customer service reps.

Well, I called AN Hosting to get what turned out to be a file permissions problem resolved on my website. It turns out it that it was a simple fix, and when the first representative I talked to told me that he was unable to fix the issues, it was immediately handed to second level technician who resolved it immediately. She was curteous, friendly, and very expeditious.

Altogether, it was a very pleasant experience!
