So I'm a big critic of technical support... so what? I just think that if you pay to host, you pay for help! Cause I know I can't fix it from here, so what do I do when my server is someplace in internet land and I'm having a major @#$%#$ issue?

Well, Globat has one of the better solution centers I've ever seen. The page is laid out in the support section with VERY clearly labeled icons that makes finding exactly what I need quickly.

The add-on software packages that are a little confusing at first, probably because I'm more accustomed to using some of the more popular packages out there (read: Cpanel). But thats not to say that the GloBuild system is difficult to use. It's actually quite easy, but there is a *slight* learning curve.

Live Chat is available for immediate gratification, which I think is pretty much indispensible these days! With the additional sections on general website design and marketing strategy, I'm happy with the results.
