Technical support has a forum and several flash tutorials. Theres Live Help via an AJAX script that emails support and allows an immediate return email to the same chat window via that channel. This is "real-time email" for lack of a better term. I guess its kind of like a poor-man's chat server.

Theres some really good information in the forums, which are very active with new content daily. Thats important because getting to know some other people who host with Hostony is crucial to deciphering the quality of the service.

Another thing I'm always a fan of: published email addresses of supervisors. Hostony makes that information available to you, just in case first level technical support personnel are ... uh ... troublesome.
