HostRocket Support

HostRocket technical support is a 7 out of 10. I guess thats OK for the price.

They offer customer support forums, which are helpful, but not very active.

The best information I received was in the FAQ section, which is updated often. For instance, there is new content there about changes to Microsoft Frontpage that is relevant to how the FTP plugins work with the HostRocket servers. Also included is how to setup software to work with your hosted account. Alot of pre-sales information is also discussed in the FAQ section, which really lays out what you get for free (and what you have to pay for). But at least with the FAQ resource, you know exactly where to find the information about payment methods and costs for extras.

As for the other support features, theres a technical support line and Live SALES chat... which isnt too helpful for technical problems. The forums are really the best bet for quick answers.

Altogether, not a bad package. I've heard that if you call them up there may be a pricing break in it for you! Just talk to pre-sales in the sales chat about it.
