Theres also a list of online documentation for the tools and utilities that are available through the control panel. What I liked best about that section of the support area was the explanations of key terms and technologies. I've been to alot of webhosting sites and hosted with several of them, and I can honestly say that Imhosted is a top-tier provider that knows ALOT of diverse technology.
