If you have any dought about the negative input about voda host, just look at
the complaints on www.BBB.com (U.S. better business bereau) this is what they
are saying:

BBB Rating: Based on BBB files, this business has an
unsatisfactory record with BBB due to 12 unanswered complaints.

11 of which
have been posted within the last two months!

Advise: stay away from this
hosting company!!!!!

they claim 24/7 support.
vodahost does not have 24/7 phone tech support. they
have 24/7 forum support for hosting and builder problems and email support for
server and account issues.
the forum fortunately is well done and useful, but
the answers you get will be from other users. some more experienced, most not.
you will never get a reply from someone who knows the software inside and out.
an answer to your problem, even if well stated, can take days while members
chime in with advice.
as of Aug. '08 many users of their website building
software have had serious issues with aspects of the most recent upgrade
(beta).
issues i might add that effect already published websites. every page
must be rechecked for issues. and republished if found to be defective.
don't
know what happened to this company but be aware they are going thru changes.

VodaHost finally addressed the issue. It appears because I prepaid for several
years when the anniversary date came they neglected to take care of their part.
Regardless, they put me out of business for about 3 weeks and not even an
apology.

Voda Host Service Needs Improvement

I have a few years experience with both Blue Voda and Voda Hosting. Quality and
service were good in the past however, recently ( Aug/Sept. 2008 ) service has
been poor. Our website: www.v1-p.com has been down for two weeks. One time
someone emailed and said the site is now up again. We checked it and it was
still down and no contact from Voda Host after submitting several
"tickets" of problems.

We have never had a problem with VodaHost till
now. If this is indicative of future service, then you may want to explore other
options. If this problem is addressed and fixed, I will let you know.
